Weather permitting (not raining), the plan is to be at the club on Saturday, August 20th from 8:30 to 10:30 (it is supposed to be around 70F) to do the following:
- Clean up excess dirt & rocks along the new blacktop by the parking blocks and along the grass on the north edge of the lot. I will have a wheel barrow. Will need people with shovels to load it up and move it.
- Prune shrubs and small trees along the back of the lot and on the hill behind the building. Volunteers will need pruners, gloves.
- Scrape off dead or almost dead weeds on the old asphalt in the upper parking lot. Will need to use some square edged flat shovels and some brooms. Maybe another wheelbarrow to collect it.
- Someone with a pickup to haul the branches next week to the Dayton Green Debris drop off at:
2670 Wagner Ford Rd. during the following week 8:00 to 5:00 Mon – Friday
