Our annual membership meeting is scheduled for the First Friday in November, November 2nd. The meeting will start at 7:30pm, but the very best part of the meeting starts long before that! Please show up at 6pm for our potluck dinner! Bring YUMMY food (as you always do). Fancy cooking isn’t needed, just food to share is all we ask!
Bring a comfy chair!
Margaret Davidson was a lifetime member and one of the founders of Gem City Dog Obedience Club in 1967.
Rally signs have not been returned. They have been stolen by a member. I will have to replace them. Curt will check the tape to pinpoint the theft. More than a dozen signs have been taken. I will be locking them up. This is very disappointing that a member has stolen club property and disrupted classes.

You MUST sign the waiver form (we prefer electronically) by October 31st in order to remain a member of the club.
All member types Applicant, Regular, Family, Lifetime need to sign the waiver.
If you have not already filled out this form and submitted it, please click below!
It appears that Rally signs are being taken from the sign box and kept by someone. Signs are missing now that were there in Monday evening. The was a Rally class this morning and the instructor did not have the signs she needed.
The Rally equipment, including the signs, belong to the club and stay at the club. I will lock it up if I have to.
I will confer with Curt to review video to ascertain who took the signs. The signs must be returned immediately.

It’s that time of year! The volunteer hours are all in, the database has all been updated and added to the website. I’m certain I’ve done at least one thing wrong, probably more. I’d strongly recommend that you log in and check your information in the shiny new directory. You can also now add a photo for the new directory. Follow the bright blue arrows in the graphic to help you figure out how to do these things!

We’re hoping that the “Men’s Room” can be shared for a while with the procedure: Crack the door open and call out…before going in. (After all, on Springfield Street we shared.)
(Explanation: We often fix and build floors in our apartments. 90% of the time we work with ceramic or hardwood floors; but sometimes with vinyl – so we thought it would be easy. We bought a leveling compound that is supposed to dry quickly – but it turns out to be too deep in some places and dries slowly. If someone stepped in it, everything would be ruined. When we do finally lay the tiles, the adhesive will need time to dry and the whole area of new tiles will need to be left alone. Really sorry.)

Someone found a crate in the parking lot Tuesday am. It is in the turf room.
