Our fall earth dog tests are scheduled for the week end of October
29/30. Before I make the application and contact judges I need a
committee of at least 5 club members to be present on the grounds during
the tests each day. If you are available either one or both days please

Volunteer Opportunity

CGC Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers are still needed for the CGC testing the the April 18, 19, and 21. Volunteers are greatly appreciated and it is an easy way to earn volunteer hour, etc. We especially need CGC Evalulators!
Eastway Boys Update!
Update: GCDOC provided a great Christmas for the boys. We were able to purchase a Foosball Table & Arcade Basketball Game. We also were able to purchase 25 games, puzzles and nerf ball toys. We also provided Valentine’s Candy to the boys. We are now working on Easter Baskets for the 25 boys. If anyone wants to donate, we are planning on making Easter Baskets with 20-25 eggs filled with candy for the boys. Checks can be mailed to Kathy Roberts. Thanks for supporting Eastway Boy’s Home, we know the boys appreciate it.

Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers are needed for Cross Roads Canine Club (CCC) UKC obedience and
Rally Trials Sunday March 27, 2022 at 4920 Northcutt.
If you have already signed up thank you. We currently have 5 spots open for
Sunday.
Four stewards are needed for Obedience and Five stewards are needed for
Rally. Workers will need to arrive by 8:00 AM. The trial will last until
about 3:00 PM.

Cindy Alles
“…so sad…Cindy is in Heaven as of about 4am Tuesday, March 15, 2022.” Bill Alles
Cindy and Bill have been members for over 20 years. Cindy was a great cook and she managed the “food court” for most of the dog shows at the Springfield building and land, banquets and special events. She was also the Puppy Registrar for many years. Her extended illness and passing is a great loss for our club. Cindy was owned by many King Charles Cavalier Spaniels and one Magical Japanese Chin.
