CGC Volunteers Needed 6/21 and 6/23
CGC Evaluators and Volunteers are needed for testing the students in the Advanced Beginner class. This is an easy way to get volunteer time! Your help is very much appreciated! Volunteer workers needed for the AKC Obedience and Rally Trials on June 18th and 19th
Please consider stewarding in the Obedience Ring and the Rally Ring. Currently there is one Obedience Ring Steward signed up for the weekend and 2 Rally Stewards for some of the time slots. We cannot continue to hold these trials if we cannot get member participation.
Please volunteer to work at these trials or for setup or tear down after the trials on Sunday!
Setup on Friday at 6pm. This usually takes about an hour and a half.
Work the rings on Saturday and Sunday – 4 workers required in the obedience ring and 5 workers required in the rally ring. You can work all day or select a morning or afternoon shift.
Teardown will be Sunday after the trials.
This is a great opportunity for applicant members to get their required 10 hours to become a member.
If you haven’t stewarded in the rings before, don’t worry we will train you!!
The Volunteer sign-up sheet is located on the members’ page. Log into GCDOC.com, go to the members’ page, scroll down to the bottom and the volunteer sheet link will be on the left-hand side of the screen.

If you answered “Yes”, to any of the above questions, GCDOC Earthdog Committee wants YOU!
We would love for you to join our Earthdog Committee! We are URGENTLY looking for a few members who are available Oct. 29 and 30 to be present at the GCDOC Earthdog Trials in Dayton, Ohio. If we don’t get a few more members the Trails cannot go on due to AKC requirements. The work will be a blast and not very physically demanding. Plus you will learn a lot about the sport and earn volunteer hours!
Please help Earthdog at GCDOC survive and thrive! If you ever considerd Earthdog before, now is the time to do it. No prior Earthdog experience necessary.
