Attention!!

This is a bit earlier than normal, but you need to start thinking about Board elections now!!. We are going to need an Obedience Director for 2019. Angela has said she would be willing to act as an assistant to the new director and help with answering website email, the CGC Test and even chairing some events. She would be an invaluable help to someone who is willing to take the lead. Please, you have the summer to consider this, so start now.

Also, will need a new President. This is not a difficult job. You’ll have the entire Board to help guide you for this position, and they are willing to share their knowledge with you.

Remember, this is your club and you need to participate. We have a group of people that seem to do most of the work. What the club would do without them is scary to think about. So, please volunteer.

Thank you,
Terri Jerkes

Sick Dogs

Hi All
It was brought to my attention that there is Kennel cough going around and some students may have continued to bring there sick dogs to class.
Please DO NOT bring a sick dog or a dog from the same house to class. Also, remind all your students to do the same. No sharing of water bowls between dogs, face to face interaction etc.
The floors are being disinfected tonight and tomorrow to help stop the spread of any illness.
Thank you All for your assistance is this matter

Volunteers Needed!

Are you secretly an introvert? Do you want to help the club, and not really have to talk to anyone? Are you proud of a job well done, one that you can see happening as you do it?

The Lawn Crew needs YOU!! Our land location needs motivated people to take care of our lovely property.

Special thank you to Dede and Sandy for doing an amazing job for us in the past. We are all sad to see you retiring from this job!!

Please contact Terri Jerkes for YOUR volunteer opportunity! terribell101@gmail.com

Volunteers For May 12th Needed

Volunteers needed for Aullwood’s Farm Babies Day. May 12th 10-5. The Club attended this last year and it was fun for all. Dogs must be people, especially children, friendly. We have a good set-up in the shade. Food is available if you stay all day, but that is not required on anyone. If you can come out with your dog for even a few hours, this is a really nice way to spend time outdoors.

Need someone to take lead on this ( Contact Terri Jerkes, terribell101@gmail.com ).
