Crossroads Canine & Gem City

There seems to be a little confusion about the relationship of these two separate clubs.

To clarify for new members and older members who may not remember, Crossroads Canine Club is a separate club who rents our facility, equipment, and our members when holding events. And in appreciation GCDOC records volunteer hours for it’s members who volunteer.

Gem City Dog Obedience Club does not actually hold these events but our members are welcome to volunteer for CCC’s events if they would like to earn volunteer hours, and it is very helpful to CCC as they do not have members enough to run the trials on their own.

HELP!!!

There’s a very popular UKC Conformation and Rally trial this weekend that some fear might fail…

WHY?  Because we don’t have enough volunteers to make it all work right now. Making this trial work is a big deal for our club, people come every year expecting it to be here, if we miss this year it will effect turn out for years to come.

Can you spare a 4 hour block on Saturday or Sunday?  We need you!!!

That meeting you missed

Did you miss the Membership Meeting on Friday? Ooooh, you missed out!

There was Fried Chicken, BBQ sandwiches, 4 different kinds of Mac & Cheese, lemon cupcakes and cookie dough cheesecake bars.

Some of us even chose to eat healthy by having the pumpkin soup!

And you missed the election!!!

Welcome new board members!
