Many thanks to all who helped including Cinci Stowell, Mary Holland, Alicia Heidorn, and Rick and Kathy Roberts, and most of all Ron Seiter who managed the turf maintenance.
The turf room is now open. And the turf maintenance complete. The team from SW Turf greens of Ohio dug up old rubber in-fil, worked on getting the fibers up and added new crumb rubber for support and fil. As I understand it, there is agility equipment up and those interested and available may practice as usual.
Class registration for Puppy, Puppy Grad, Beginner Obedience, and Advanced Beginner Obedience is now open to everyone.
All other classes will open tomorrow (and we won’t be sending out another email about it)!

Its the time again for Barn Hunt Trials and we are looking for volunteers!
August 23 & 24
We are holding the barn hunt trials at our normal Land location. They are being run as part of the Chompaluau event. Chompaluau is a joint event with barn hunt and updog – by Southern Ohio Flying k9s. (Flyingk9s.org)
Please come volunteer with this fun group and help us make barn hunt successful.
Never volunteered before? New to the sport? All are welcome and we’re happy to help you learn what to do! Volunteering is a great way to learn a lot about the sport!

Beginning Monday 7/14, turf maintenance is planned. This involves dust and fumes. So for safety the building will be closed during daytime hours.
We are preparing to complete maintenance on the turf. 2 pallets of supplies were delivered today. Due to their size and weight, they were placed in ring 2 (just inside the exit doors). A group will be in tonight to move the contents to the turf room on Friday 7-11. I suggest you not plan to train this evening.
Once the work is completed, we will open things up again.
Sorry for the late notice. A lot of pieces needed to come together to make this happen.

The front obedience rings will be closed for practice on Monday, July 14, and Monday, July 21 from 5:30-6:30pm.
There will be two more conformation run throughs on Wednesday, June 25 and Wednesday, July 2 at 7:30pm. Just $5 and a signed waiver! Come and get ready to show your pup at the UKC trial in July!

Great volunteer opportunities are still available for the Freestyle trial July 25,26,27 weekend. Some jobs include sitting all day, while others include plenty of steps for your fitness tracker!

It is that time again for CGC Evaluators and CGC Helpers to sign up to help the Advanced Beginner class with their CGC testing. Please check the Volunteer Opportunities page to sign up. You will earn double volunteer hours and this is an easy way to get them.
