Dues

Attention All Gem City Dog Obedience Club Members:

The hours and dues amount for each member has been populated in your member’s profile. To access your profile please log onto GCDOC.com. On the right side of the home screen at the top hover the cursor over your name. A drop-down list will appear. Click on the option to “edit profile”. When your profile comes up on the screen, roll down to the bottom of the page and your hours worked and dues amount will display. Underneath that is a button to allow you to pay your dues using PayPal. If you wish to send a check for your dues make it Payable to GCDOC and send it to Tami Woodrow, 4921 Pacemont Ave, Dayton, Oh 45415.

Dues are due by October 31, 2022

If your dues amount says “Not elig” instead of a dues dollar amount that means you have not worked the 20 hours required to renew your membership. If you wish, you may become an associate member for $15 and when you are able to work the required minimum hours you will be able to reinstate to full membership.

When you pay your dues remember to sign the GCDOC waiver form!!

Membership Meeting Reminder!

Just a reminder that we have a GCDOC membership meeting tonight at 7:30pm. We will need a quorum as we will be voting on the slate of candidates for the November club elections. We will also be voting into the membership 5 applicant members: Alex and Cody Cobb, Brittany Lash, Laurel Finch and Larry Erbaugh. Please try to attend!

Building CLOSED Sept 20-22, 2022!

The club building will be closed for maintenance on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week (Sept 20, 21,22) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  We have a company coming in to clean the HVAC furnace & duct work inside and out.  They will have ladders, scaffolding and noisy vacuum equipment in both rooms.  All the agility equipment will have to be out of the way, as well as the ring gating.  We should be able to have limited use of the floor after 5:00 as long as everything is moved back out of the way for the next morning.  They do not expect to be there late on Thursday, so preparation for the AKC trial next weekend can proceed as planned.
