Crossroads Canine Club is hosting their annual July Rally and Conformation trials at Gem City on Saturday and Sunday, July 5 & 6. We still need a LOT of volunteers to make this event successful, including a quick set up on July 4 and clean up on July 6 (double hours for clean up!). Please consider signing up to help! If you’d like to enter the trial, you can find entry forms at ukcdogs.com.

Crossroads Canine Club is also hosting their July WCRL rally trial at Gem City on Saturday and Sunday, July 19 & 20. We still need a few volunteers for this event, especially for clean up on Sunday, July 20. We need about 5 extra volunteers to start cleaning up around 3:30 (or whenever the trial ends) and it will take probably about an hour. Double hours for clean up! If you’d like to enter the trial, entry forms can be found at rallydogs.com.

Barn Hunt Trial, June 20-22, 2025
“Its the time again for Barn Hunt Trials and we are looking for volunteers!
June 21 & 22
We are holding the barn hunt trials at our normal Land location. They are being run in conjunction with the Rottweiler National Specialty going on at the Roberts Center!
Please come volunteer with this fun group!
Never volunteered before? New to the sport? All are welcome and we’re happy to help you learn what to do! Volunteering is a great way to learn a lot about the sport!”

All members:
If you have a crate stored in the building in the front obedience room, please remove it and take it home during our break between sessions. The crating area is for obedience instructors only, and at last count, there were 22 crates there, which seems a bit excessive. Instructors may continue storing crates there when the new session starts, but PLEASE put your name on your crate somewhere.
Also – the same goes for the agility room crating area. That space is for instructors only, so if your crate is stored there, please remove it at your earliest convenience.

The Rat Rompers need people to sign up to volunteer for the barn hunt trial on May 3 and 4!
This trial is the same days at the CAT cursing ability testing at the land so if anyone is signed up for that they could come over in between!

Class registration for Puppy, Puppy Grad, Beginner Obedience, and Advanced Beginner Obedience is now open to everyone.
All other classes will open tomorrow (and we won’t be sending out another email about it)!
