Please consider volunteering to help with the conformation show this weekend!We still need a lot of help to make it work! No experince needed! Most jobs are easy sit down type jobs If you help with set up , you can get your crate in early As always lunch is provided free of charge

Please bring your favorite covered dish and join us for both! We will also be voting on the board for next year.

We still need a lot of volunteers for next week’s CCC Conformation Show and Rally Trial. You don’t need any experience. It’s a great way to get in some hours early! This show is a big money maker and we can’t hold it without volunteers! You will get Gem City hours for your work! Please sign up and see all the beautiful dogs of many different breeds!

If you are having trouble accessing the PayPal feature on the GCDOC.com website Please email me at tbrown2126@aol.com, let me know and I will send you a PayPal invoice. If you prefer to mail your dues, please make a check payable to GCDOC and mail it to 4921 Pacemont Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45415.

The GCDOC dues deadline is 10/31/22. As of today, half of our members have not paid their dues. You can pay through PayPal or send a check made Payable to GCDOC at 4921 Pacemont Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45415.  The instructions on how to access your profile and pay dues are below. 

If you do not pay your dues, you are not eligible to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting on November 5th where we elect the new board of GCDOC Officers.

If you want to use Paypal:

Log into the gcdoc.com website

Go to the member page,

Click on membership directory,

put your last name in the search bar, press search.

When your record appears, click on your name on the first line. That will take you to your profile.

scroll down your profile and you will see your hours amounts.

scroll down to the bottom and there is a button “Sign Dues & pay dues here”. Press that. You should be taken to another screen where you can sign the waiver and pay.

Get some of your hours in early by volunteering for the Crossroads conformation show/rally trial! You will get Gem City hours for working! Show is November 12-13.

Attention All Gem City Dog Obedience Club Members:

The hours and dues amount for each member has been populated in your member’s profile. To access your profile please log onto GCDOC.com. On the right side of the home screen at the top hover the cursor over your name. A drop-down list will appear. Click on the option to “edit profile”. When your profile comes up on the screen, roll down to the bottom of the page and your hours worked and dues amount will display. Underneath that is a button to allow you to pay your dues using PayPal. If you wish to send a check for your dues make it Payable to GCDOC and send it to Tami Woodrow, 4921 Pacemont Ave, Dayton, Oh 45415.

Dues are due by October 31, 2022. 

If your dues amount says “Not elig” instead of a dues dollar amount that means you have not worked the 20 hours required to renew your membership. If you wish, you may become an associate member for $15 and when you are able to work the required minimum hours you will be able to reinstate to full membership.

When you pay your dues remember to sign the GCDOC waiver form!!
