Annual Membership Meeting

The annual membershiop meeting will be held on Friday, November 1 at 7 pm. The meeting will be preceeded by a potluck carry in dinner starting at 6 pm. Bring your favorite dish to share with fellow club members. During the meeting members will elect board members for 2025. The candidates for each postion are listed below. Nominations from the floor will not be accepted at this meeting. A quorum is needed to hold the election. Please come and support the club!

Membership Meeting

There will be a membership meeting on Wednesday Sept. 25 at 7pm. Nominations for board positions will be presented. The nomination committee, consisting of Michelle Collett, Pam Murn, and Cathy Wright, will be taking nominations for the board. If you have someone you would like to nominate please contact one of them.

There will also be a discussion on the possibility of placing a cell phone tower at the land. The details will be presented at the meeting.

There will be a General Membership meeting on Monday, Sept. 25 at 7 pm. Member at Large (two year term) John Clifford

In addition to those listed above Barb Siler and Alicia Heidorn are on the board, as they were elected for a two year term and have only served one year. 

The next General Membership meeting will be held Monday September 25th at 7:00 PM.  In addition to regular business, the nominating nominations will be accepted from the from the floor as stated in the by-laws;

Additional nominations may be made at the September meeting by any member in attendance, provided that the person so nominated does not decline when their name is proposed, and provided further that if the proposed candidate is not in attendance at this meeting, the proposer shall present to the Secretary a written statement from the proposed candidate signifying willingness to be a candidate.

The by-laws further state;

No person may be a candidate in a club election who has not attended two regular membership meetings during the current club year, and who has not been nominated. No person may be a candidate for more than one position.

Elections will be held Friday November 3rd at 7:00 PMÂ
