New Menu at the top?
You might have noticed a new menu bar appear at the top of your webpages (after you have logged in).
This is the menu we will be using to add/edit users.
Click on "Gem City Dog Obedience Club"
Choose "Dashboard" To get into the administration area.
The "Back End" of WordPress Appears
Here you can make or destroy our whole website.
How about you just modify the "Users" for now?
It's listed down at the bottom of the menu items, click on it.
A List of the Current Members!
Check out all that information for you! We are all there!
Here you can search for members to edit.
Check here for "Pending" members. The new ones will be up at the top for you.
Search for a Member!
Up at the top there's a search area, search for the member you want to edit.
Click on, or hover over the name of the person you are wanting to edit, and click on the edit menu.
Items you need to edit/add for new users
There are LOTS of extra fields. Some are there for the forums that I was told the club wanted, but hasn't yet been implimented. Some are Shipping information that the user may need to add when they check out.
These that I have shown in the graphics here are the only ones you HAVE to put in.
Don't forget to click on save at the bottom after you are done making changes!
